چکیده
Abstract Different engine thrust models are developed from operational flight data with limited a priori knowledge as part of novel process for aircraft performance model determination. The given big problem is solved by application fundamental engineering and specific evaluation strategy. resulting smart approach fundamentally different existing artificial intelligence methods to solve such problems. A linear, local-linear complex nonlinear determined on the example large database flights Airbus 320neo aircraft. Even information about actual available data, allow (well) predict characteristics within required envelope. In addition, temperature correction predicted results further enhance model’s accuracy. Finally, implementations, prediction quality discussed.

Model Predictive Control of a Thrust-vectored Flight Control Experiment
Model predictive control (MPC) is applied to the Caltech ducted fan, a thrust-vectored flight experiment. A real-time trajectory generation software based on spline theory and sequential quadratic programming is used to implement the MPC controllers. Timing issues related to the computation and implementation of repeatedly updated optimal trajectories are discussed. Results show computational s...

Future technologies will enable carriers to collect additional flight data for Flight Operational Quality Assurance. This paper describes how analysis of these data using model-based activity tracking can automatically assess the causes of detected deviations to support safety-enhancement efforts. The paper describes the activity tracking methodology implemented in the Crew Activity Tracking Sy...
متن کاملHigh-Fidelity Low-Thrust Trajectory Determination Research and Analysis
This document discusses a numerical analysis method for low thrust trajectory propagation known as the proximity quotient or Q-Law. The process uses a Lyapunov feedback control law developed by Petropoulos [1] to propagate trajectories of spacecraft by minimizing the user defined function at the target orbit. A simplified propagator is created from the core mechanics of this method in MATLAB an...
متن کاملIn-Trim Flight Investigations of a Conceptual Fluidic Thrust-Vectored Unmanned Tail-Sitter Aircraft
The feasibility of using a stand alone Fluidic Thrust-Vectoring (FTV) system for the purpose of longitudinal trim of an unmanned aerial vehicle is the focus of the research presented in this paper. Since the fluidic thrust vectoring requires high pressure secondary air to deflect the engine exhaust gases, this research also provides an analytical toolset for preliminary sizing of a suitable sec...
